We offer two delightful shipping options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Free Shipping (for orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (except some Asian and remote areas). International customers may be responsible for customs fees, which are not included in the shipping cost.

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. For exchanges, we’ll check availability of your desired item.
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Please pack items securely in their original packaging with all tags and accessories. Ship to:

International Returns Note: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges. Customs fees are non-refundable.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped within 3 business days after approval
